Cake Decorating Basics

You will learn the basics of baking, icing, and decorating cakes and cupcakes. We will start with a discussion of prepping your oven, items to add to any recipe for baking cakes or cupcakes, and tools and techniques covered through the rest of this four week course. The next classes will require that you bake cakes or cupcakes using the information you gained in the first class and progress into the various tools you will need to purchase. At the end of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Sharon.
